Annotation
The article raises the problem of maintaining psychological health and emotional well-being of preschool children. The influence of anxiety on the possibility of revealing personal potential at this age is shown. The types of manifestations of anxiety in preschool children are given. A study conducted in preschool educational institutions in Tashkent (Uzbekistan) is presented. 36% of children showed pronounced signs of anxiety: avoidance of contact, refusal to participate in games, and fear of making mistakes. The authors conclude that it is necessary to provide targeted psychological and pedagogical support to reduce anxiety, develop confidence, and create a positive experience of self-expression in situations of moral choice within the educational process of a preschool institution.
