Annotation

This article examines the development of spiritual and moral values in adolescents in the context of contemporary social and psychological challenges. It substantiates the relevance of this issue in light of rapid social change, the erosion of traditional values, the characteristics of adolescence, and the influence of the information space. A theoretical overview of the concepts of "value orientations," "spirituality," and "morality" is presented. Particular attention is paid to art pedagogy as an effective tool for developing emotional intelligence and fostering spiritual and moral values in adolescents in a group format. The goals, objectives, and structure of group art technology sessions are described, along with examples of practical work with emotions such as anger and anxiety. The connection between working with the emotional sphere and the development of such spiritual and moral values as empathy, compassion, conscience, responsibility, respect, etc. is demonstrated. The importance of using art pedagogy to create a safe space, develop communication skills, and foster a positive self-image in adolescents is emphasized.
