Активный отдых и информационные технологии в повседневной жизни современного инженера-программиста

Annotation

This article discusses the impact of modern software engineers’ intense professional immersion in digital technologies on their daily lives. Specifically, it discusses their active leisure activities and their attitudes toward integrating digital technologies into their daily lives. The research method utilizes the author’s questionnaire. The study concludes that the constant use of digital technologies can lead to a lack of practice in developing effective personal strategies for behavior and adaptation in difficult situations, leading to maladaptive behaviors, where users are unable to effectively respond to stress without the help of technology.
